Since Day One dealing with the Team from Go Go On Hold, it has been an easy and fantastic experience.Nothing has been to difficult for the Louise and is so prompt in delivering the new messages we require. The need to jump to the phone straight away has always been a issue in the hospitality industry, but with GoGo, now we can deal with the customers in front of us properly, all the while knowing that the customer on the line is been kept entertained and prompted to ask for one of the many extra services we offer, or realise they can jump online and book from there. Overall very happy with this service and the reasonable price that they charge.

Louise identified me as a customer immediately on the phone, responded to my request within minutes, adjusted our on hold message and we were up and running with corrected information the following day. For an organisation who's phone rings 300+ times per day (busy medical practice) this was absolutely critical. Their fees are reasonable and are commensurate with the quality of their work. I contacted GOGO media to obtain a quote to compare costs and services with our former on hold messaging provider. Troy was brilliant. In the space of half an hour we had a price that was a fifth of what we were currently paying with additional services. Our scripts were written by the end of that business day.
