The need to jump to the phone straight away has always been a issue in the hospitality industry, but with GoGo, now we can deal with the customers in front of us properly, all the while knowing that the customer on the line is been kept entertained and prompted to ask for one of the many extra services we offer, or realise they can jump online and book from there. Overall very happy with this service and the reasonable price that they charge.
